Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries with shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 2–5 business days
• France: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier and location. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Duties & Taxes

For orders within the United States and France, applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.
