Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries, with shipping rates calculated at checkout:

  • United States
  • France

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 2–5 business days
  • France: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and location. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Duties & Taxes

For orders within the United States and France, applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.

Returns & Refunds

At Delphine B Paris, we pour care into every product we create. Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic items, all sales are final.

We are only able to accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • If your skin experiences an allergic reaction
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect

In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, if applicable.

If your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

European Union (France)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery.
